While AppealBridge does not currently address surgical procedures, imaging and diagnostics, or durable medical equipment denials, it is part of our plan to help patients in the near future. 

How long does it take to receive my appeal letter?

Standard turnaround is 1–2 business days. If you choose the rush option, you'll receive your letter within 48 hours.

Who can use this service?

Anyone facing an insurance denial—whether you're a patient seeking treatment or a provider advocating for your patient. We assist with appeals for medications, procedures, diagnostics, and more.

How much does it cost?

Our standard appeal letter service is $69. For expedited service, we offer a rush option for an additional $30.

You'll need:
- A copy of your denial letter
- Basic personal and insurance information
- Details about the denied service or medication

- Completed customer intake form
